Shipping policy

At Budmil, shipping is free for orders over €125. If you do not reach the order value of €80, you pay €4.99 per order and delivery address (standard shipping).

Before you send off your order, you will of course be shown any delivery costs.

Please indicate when ordering if the delivery address does not match your home address.

We deliver with Österreichische Post AG and UPS. An order placed on Budmil.at can be delivered to a delivery address in the EU.

Where is my order?

When your order leaves our shipping warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Why haven't all my items arrived?

We're sorry if your order wasn't delivered in full.

Please check first whether the order will be delivered in several packages and whether a package might still be on its way.

If your order is sent in several deliveries, you will see this in your orders in the customer account. We'll also let you know by email once a package has shipped.

How long does the delivery take?

After receipt of your order, the immediately available products will be delivered within 3-4 working days (8-12 days from an external warehouse). Due to the current situation, there may be occasional delays.
